Our gear is made to go the distance. As part of our Built to Last promise, we repair or replace anything that breaks down outside of normal wear. Simple as that.

We don't do fast fashion — we do gear that sticks with you. Every piece we make is built to last, but we're also realists. Pants get worn, tools get dropped, and sometimes that fresh coat of paint doesn't land on the wall. That's part of the process.

What counts as normal wear and tear? Scuffs, fading, frayed hems after years of making things — those are badges of honor. But if a seam pops or fabric fails before its time? That's on us.

Something wore out too soon? Email support@heydirtybirdy.com with your order info and a couple of photos. If it's not normal wear and tear, we'll repair it, replace it, or find the best way to make it right.
