We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
How it works
- Returns are accepted within 25 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items can be returned for store credit within 35 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are free.
- Returns for a refund have a $7 handling fee to cover the cost of shipping the item back (waived if you choose store credit).
- Store credit is issued as soon as we receive your package—no wait time!
- Pre-orders and delivery delays are the only exceptions to the 30-day window.
What can be returned?
Items must be:
✔ Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
✔ With original tags & packaging
✔ Free of strong scents, pet hair, or stains
Final sale & non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale (40% off or more)
- Items discounted 30% or more can be exchanged but not refunded
How to start a return or exchange
- Visit our Returns Center
- Enter your order number & zip code
- Follow the steps to get your return label
What if something is wrong?
- Damaged item? Email us with photos within 7 days.
- Wrong item? Head to the Returns Center and select “I received the wrong item.”
