We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

How it works 

  • Returns are accepted within 25 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items can be returned for store credit within 35 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are free.
  • Returns for a refund have a $7 handling fee to cover the cost of shipping the item back (waived if you choose store credit).
  • Store credit is issued as soon as we receive your package—no wait time!
  • Pre-orders and delivery delays are the only exceptions to the 30-day window.

What can be returned? 

Items must be:
✔ Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
✔ With original tags & packaging
✔ Free of strong scents, pet hair, or stains

Final sale & non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale (40% off or more)
  • Items discounted 30% or more can be exchanged but not refunded

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Visit our Returns Center
  2. Enter your order number & zip code
  3. Follow the steps to get your return label

What if something is wrong? 

  • Damaged item? Email us with photos within 7 days.
  • Wrong item? Head to the Returns Center and select “I received the wrong item.”
