★ Under the Hood · The Master Plan
The master
plan.
Engineering the future of workwear. Here’s the plan.
Brand foundation + first collection drop.
Built the core identity, sourced materials, and established our Built to Last promise from day one. Logo design, fabric sourcing from premium mills, color palette, and our founding commitment to durability over disposability.
Then we launched our debut line: real workwear engineered for women who build, create, and get after it. Tested across real job sites, maker spaces, and DIY projects before launch.
- Brand Foundation ★ Q3 2023
- First Collection Drop ★ Q2 2025
- Leggings & Bootcut Drop ★ Q3 2025
- Heavyweight Carpenter Pant ★ Q4 2025
Built the brand. Now we’re fitting more of you.
2025 was our official launch year — the first pairs of pants out the door, into real hands, on real job sites. Every order shipped, every fit note collected, every Built to Last promise put on the clock.
2026 is about getting the same fit on more bodies. The size range is widening — XXS through 3XL — without changing the cut, the fabric, or the standards we hold each pair to.
- Restock Q1 ★ 2026
- Reinforced Carpenter Pant Restock ▲ July 2026
- Extended size range · XXS → 3XL ▲ 2026 · active
The standard in women’s workwear.
2027: layer up. Outerwear, vests, and field gear engineered to live alongside the pants — same fabric philosophy, same fit obsession. Built so the whole kit works as one system, not a pile of mismatched pieces.
2028: build the world around the gear. Stockists in the cities where our customers actually work, repair-and-recycle so the pants you bought in 2025 keep going for years more, and a sustainable materials program that puts the Built to Last promise on a longer clock.
