2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Dirty Birdy are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway period

The giveaway runs in monthly rounds. Each round begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of that month. Entries received in a given month count only for that month's round. The giveaway continues month to month until Dirty Birdy ends it, which we may do at any time by removing the entry form and updating this page.

4. How to enter

Subscribe to the Dirty Birdy email list through the sign-up form on heydirtybirdy.com during the giveaway period. One entry per person per month. Entering more than once, or with more than one email address, will not increase your odds and may disqualify you.

Alternate method of entry: send an email with the subject line "Giveaway entry" and your full name to hello@heydirtybirdy.com during the giveaway period. Email entries count the same as form entries. You do not need to subscribe to the email list to enter this way.

5. Prize

One winner per month receives one pair of Dirty Birdy pants, in any style, size, and color that is in stock at the time the winner responds. Approximate retail value: $122 to $148 depending on style. Shipping within the United States is included. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, and Dirty Birdy may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the requested item is unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

6. Winner selection and notification

Within seven days after each round ends, Dirty Birdy selects one winner at random from all eligible entries received that month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

We notify the winner by email at the address used to enter. The winner has 24 hours from the time the notification email is sent to reply with a shipping address and their size and color choice. If the winner does not reply within 24 hours, or the notification email bounces, or the winner is found to be ineligible, that prize is forfeited and we select an alternate winner at random from the remaining entries, who then has the same 24-hour window.

7. Publicity

With the winner's permission, we may share the winner's first name and state on the Dirty Birdy website, email, and social channels. No additional compensation will be provided. The winner may decline to be named.

8. General conditions

By entering you agree to these rules and to Dirty Birdy's decisions, which are final. Dirty Birdy is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules.

Subscribing to the email list is optional for entry (see the alternate method above). Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing after entering does not affect that month's entry.

9. Privacy

Information collected for the giveaway is used to administer the giveaway and, for subscribers, to send Dirty Birdy email. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Winners list

To request the name of a month's winner, email hello@heydirtybirdy.com with "Winner request" and the month in the subject line, within 60 days after that month ends.

11. Not affiliated

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.
