These pants are stretchy where they need to be but still firm and structurally sound. They do stretch out slightly throughout the day but not enough to want to run home and change. I do wish they came in a longer length but as a 5'6" gal with a 32" inseam wearing a size medium they work well! Well enough to make me buy three pairs, one in every color.

I can bend, kneel without a back gap-then stand back up without having to readjust the waist. A dream pant for tough wear!

I’ve been wearing men’s 30x32 carhartt pants for years now, and after finally wearing them out I figured I should try and find something that actually fit me, and were flattering. And in perfect timing, Dirty Birdy appeared.
The high wasted fit is spectacular. They’re feminine, but also loose fitting(which is what I loved about my carhartts).
I did get a small hole above a pocket from the stitching, but they were so quick to send me another pair and assured me that this was not a typical case. My second pair has shown no sign of wear in the same ways, so that’s great.

I did order a medium, and I think that’s suitable for the way I wanted these pants to fit. But a belt is certainly nice after a couple of hours of wear. I probably would have been fine with a small if I wanted a tighter fit.

I use them for bushwhacking through tennessee briars, rock climbing, but also just daily wear because they are so cute and cozy.

For reference, I’m 5ft 9in and a fit 140lbs. Definitely have an ass. I usually wear a size 5 in madewell.

Everything I’ve ever wanted from a pair of work pants — the material is a dream come true, the fit is perfect my only complaint is as a short lady (5’2”) I neeeed a shorter inseam, probably going to get these hemmed they’re so long! Also please do more colors, dark green would be phenomenal as a gardener who gets grass stained knees every day.

Fit like a dream. I'm 5'10" and about 155 lbs. They're definitely a bit high water at the ankle, but I am rocking the look. The rest of the pants (hip, butt, waist, thighs) fit me beautifully. Really cute design and solid constructions.

The material is way more durable than I expected, as cute as they look, and as comfortable as I hoped!!! Great pant overall! I’m 5’1” and typically wear a 25 in Levi’s. I ordered the XS’s in the tan and the black. I’d say the tan’s were just a tad tighter than the blacks. And overall both pants were a bit tighter than I thought they would be. I would maybe consider sizing up? But can’t say for sure as I will be keeping my XS’s… I’d say if you’re going to be doing rigorous work and bending over lots might be worth sizing up?
But no complaints, love the pants!

I have fairly wide hips and a smaller waist for my frame. I’m 5’10” and weigh 150lbs.
Pants are usually hit or miss. These are a definite HIT! My hips fit and the higher waist looks really good. The mobility I have in these is unmatched to any other carpenter pant I’ve worn. I’m excited to wear these on job sites this summer.

As an engineer that does a lot of stinky field work, I’ve been looking for good work pants for ages! These both fit super well and make me feel good. I’ve struggled with ill fitting carhartts, dickies, etc for the last several years and these check all the boxes that those pants didn’t.
